Hospedaje Teresa Nuevo Vedado is located in the Havana residential neighborhood of Nuevo Vedado. It is a neighborhood with abundant parks and vegetation, and with good urban communication. Hospedaje Teresa Nuevo Vedado is an independent, two-story house, with wide side corridors (that separate it from the neighbors), designed and built in 1956 by its former owner (by profession an architect), with the aim of renting a plant and living in the other. Well preserved and maintained, it has a very large patio, like a garden, with a lawn and a rest area where you can have breakfast outdoors. There are tables, a swing and some ornamental, aromatic and medicinal plants. Very nice.
The rooms are very clean, have good natural light and are comfortable. Both have air conditioning and a private bathroom.
You can have breakfast at the house. The hosts (friendly, outgoing but formal people, and good cooks, offer a very correct continental breakfast: coffee or tea, milk, rolls or bread, butter and jam, seasonal fruit salad, fresh juice, eggs, cheese and ham (or equivalent) For dinner, if you wish, you can ask for international or Cuban cuisine, both based on seasonal produce and good portions His specialty: roast pork leg.
